Ed Graziano
Managing Director


Ed founded Chicago Association Management (CAM) in 2010 as a natural extension of the business Corporate Event Interactive (CEI) that he founded in 1987.  Ed has been building business relationships, overseeing projects and providing strategic thinking and leadership ever since. With the help of Ed’s down-to-earth attitude and work ethic, he has helped expand both CEI and CAM to highly respected firms in the meetings and events industry. Ed leads CAM’s association management business, which currently manages the day to day operations, conferences and events for six professional organizations. Ed is customer service focused, always easy to work with and never loses his positive attitude.


Joseph LoSasso
Association Manager, Director

With more than 15 years of experience working with associations and for-profits, Joseph serves in leadership capacities at CAM, including new client development and operations; and in all aspects of client service delivery, including strategy, operations, marketing, and financial management.  Joseph partners with association leaders to develop and align their strategic vision with efficient, straightforward operational processes – which he then implements, measures, and reports.  Previously, he served as membership director of a YMCA, successfully managing a $1mm budget while leading sales, retention and operational effectiveness. He holds a Masters of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Florida, and he applies this training on how people interact to improve the financial and cultural health of his clients.


Tricia Fusilero
Association Manager, Director

Creative, energetic and detail oriented, Tricia approaches everything she does with a marketing mind. With a gift for leading others, she focuses on team building and cooperation in order to accomplish thoughtfully planned goals. Her broad skill set includes project management, marketing, strategic planning, customer focus, writing and social media.  She has the ability to partner with colleagues in a broad range of industries and believes firmly that processes and organization are the keys to supporting an association.


Jodi Whitlock
Association Manager, Senior Event Producer

Jodi assists with the Business Executives Association, including preparing bi-weekly notes for the President, preparing presenters, taking minutes at the monthly Board Meetings and strategic planning meetings. She also organizes any off-site special events, including the BEA’s Day of Service, Summer Outing and Holiday Party. For NIEAPA, she has helped with the communication and registration of the Chapter Meetings, sent communications to new and returning members, and has also been involved with the board meetings. For NIEAPA, Jodi has assisted in securing presenters, including all communication with the presenters leading up to their annual conference; she has also interfaced with the site and A/V companies to ensure proper and timely set up of rooms.


Bob Heise
Production Coordinator – Association Management and Events

Bob joined the CAM team in September 2015. Bob brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry where he developed a love for interacting with clients and a passion for building lasting relationships. Always up for a challenge, he is keen to designing out of the box creative programs from vision to execution. Having started volunteer work at a young age, Bob enjoys working with organizations on CSR programs, especially those that assist Chicagoland children’s charities. Bob received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College. 


Joi Johnson
Production Coordinator – Association Management

Joi brings to Chicago Association Management over 10 years experience in events, corporate training and motivational speaking. Joi exudes enthusiasm, high energy, creativity, leadership, adaptability and a sincere passion for each program she is involved with. Joi is an engaging event professional committed to a program’s success and to building effective relationships to ensure future success.


Linda Whitlock
Executive Producer, Team Building

Linda has designed and executed thousands of interactive events over 20 years, making innovation and customization integral to Corporate Event Interactive’s (CEI) business model. This, in combination with her leadership & producing acumen, make each event a new experience. Linda is passionate about helping corporations give back to the local community. An active contributor to the meetings and events industry, Linda is Past President and Board Member of ISES-Chicago Chapter and played a key role in several MPI committees. She has guided CEI as President since 2000, earning multiple awards: “Best Team Building Company” from Illinois Meetings & Events and numerous NICE Awards.
